We’re Nicole and Peter, the duo behind Thirsty Slice — partners in life, in business, and in making a great cocktails and gin and tonic.

Thirsty Slice began as something simple: two people who love sharing good drinks and good company. Peter brings his chef’s expertise, selecting the best fruit and perfecting our slow-drying process. Nicole brings the creativity, photography and business smarts that shape the brand — and she’s right there beside Peter, slicing, prepping and helping create every batch.

Everything we make is truly handcrafted by the two of us:
hand-selected, hand-cut and carefully dried in small batches, with no additives and no shortcuts.

Thirsty Slice is our shared passion — a blend of flavour, craft and those little moments we love to enjoy together. We hope our slices help bring a bit of that joy to your table, your cocktails and your celebrations.
